Love this hamburgers, shame they are not longer at my country so is a must everytime i come here

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a meal and they didn't let me return it .It was totally unprofessional and disgraceful.

I rarely eat at Arbys and I pass by quite few, I always order a unfamiliar sandwich that looks good on the picture but when I bite into it I hate the sauce on it. Although I would like to patronize this lifelong familiar spot they have to get my trust again.

Bad service. Most impolite employees I've ever witnessed. Even the manager was impolite and unfriendly. Go somewhere else to spend your money on food.

Fine spot for tasty Cheap food. Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. The bill was appropriate.

I didnt even wanna give them one star i recently a few days ago found mold all over the bread and got my money back but i was suprised in this place this is a popular locatiom they need to do better mold makes people sick i have a pic from iphone will upload asap

I eat at this location at least once a week. I never had any problems until yesterday. They have a new staff I am assuming and this shift manager Trevia has the nastiest attitude. She is rude, she was disrespectful and really just ghetto. I will never eat at this location again. The customer service was awful. Trevia kept over talking my friend very loudly while we were talking to her boss, I asked her to leave me alone and she just kept coming back antagonizing us aggressively. We love Arbys but our experienced has been completely ruined do to this ghetto mess called Trevia.

I recently visited this Arbys location and they were quick and very nice. It was very busy with the cheerleaders. Saba took my order and was very nice. I ordered a turkey club with no tomatoes and everything was perfect. Love those curly fries. Will be back soon.

I ordered a combo beef-n-cheddar. It had obviously been sitting under a lamp for quite a while, the meat was yellowing around the edges. I didnt' get past the first bite. I would have returned it but, the employees were very rude and looked and acted like they would knife me if I made a complaint. Will never eat at this disgusting dump again.

Disappointed

Literally just had to wait almost an hour for food. Staff didnt say a word to us about it. People beside us were waiting 40 minutes already about 20 minutes into our wait. Do not eat here.

My food was cold complete trash

Its an Arby's and the food is decent when they actually have it available. Ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad on last week and they were out. I was offered an exchange of meal and received a coupon for a free meal. I come back this week to see if the Pecan Chicken Salad was available and it was but couldn't use my free coupon for that meal! So I paid, received my food and much to my surprise, the chicken salad wrap was drowned in mayo! Wasn't expecting to have some chicken with my Mayo wrap but will stick with the Roast Beef Sandwiches here on out!

I will never eat at this location again.the food made me really sick and it was cold i had to miss a day of work. The health department really need to check this arbys out.

I ate here once during the weekend that I was over attending a convention at the world Congress Center. I got sick. Very sick. So did my daughter. Apparently after the convention I spoke to a friend who said pretty much everybody got sick at this Arby’s. The service was slow. It was impossible to understand the cashier. I normally love Arby’s but this location should be shut down. I think maybe it’s a problem with the location because they are not the only troublemaker in the CNN center food court. In the future I will stay outside of the food court and I will definitely stay away from this Arby’s.

We waited a long time and then received a roast beef that tasted reheated. It scared me that it had been sitting out too long which is weird because they were super busy. We had to throw it away it tasted so awful. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else.
